    Implants have helped improve the quality of life of patients by restoring natural function for both fixed or removable prosthesis. Today we can offer different treatment options for fully or partially edentulous patients such as complete dentures, implant-supported overdentures, and implant-supported fixed restorations. This course will cover fundaments and factors affecting the success rate of dental implants such as selection of implant type, prostheses, abutments for both removable and fixed implant placement. It also details the entire treatment planning sequence starting with diagnosis, the 3D design and planning, progressing to and final placement of implants with 3D surgical guides

    Los implantes han ayudado a mejorar la calidad de vida de los pacientes al restaurar la función natural tanto para prótesis fijas como removibles. Hoy podemos ofrecer diferentes opciones de tratamiento para pacientes total o parcialmente desdentados, como prótesis completas, sobredentaduras implantosoportadas y restauraciones fijas implantosoportadas. Este curso cubrirá los fundamentos y factores que afectan la tasa de éxito de los implantes dentales, como la selección del tipo de implante, prótesis, pilares para la colocación de implantes removibles y fijos. También detalla toda la secuencia de planificación del tratamiento, desde el diagnóstico, el diseño y la planificación en 3D, hasta la colocación final de los implantes con guías quirúrgicas en 3D.

    Faculty: Ebless V. Báez Alers, DMD

    Founder and clinical director of the International Oral Implant Continuum and Ddspier Dental Hub and online academy. Designer and Developer the BBX implant system and medical devices related to the dental implant field. Dr.Báez has been lecturing and mentoring for over 10 years about oral implantology and developing immedate loading concepts. Dr.Baez currently has a private priactice in Puerto Rico and Texas. Dr. Báez is graduated from the Puerto Rico School of dental medicine.
